"Remover the folder options item from the Tool menu"
Double click and select "disabled"
Note: "Disabled" because virus is enable this option.
Now go to Folder Option>>View
Remove the tick option from "Hide Protected Operating System File" and again search to remove UNSPECIFIED file from SYSTEM, SYSTEM32 & WINDOWS. Then restart. After restart if you found FOLDER OPTIONS from Tools, you succeeded to completely remove viruses. If not, virus couldn't removed........:-)
